Baptism         

Baptisms are celebrated in St Paul's Church, Albion Park on the third Sunday of the month, during the 9.30am Mass

Please contact the parish office in the first instance to arrange all baptisms.

 

Reconciliation

The Sacrament of Reconciliation, also known as Confession, or Penance, is celebrated every Saturday in the church from 5pm - 5.30pm.

Additionally, the communal celebration of the sacrament (Second Rite) is celebrated before Easter and Christmas.

Reception and preparation: The minimum age for this sacrament is a child in Year Two. However, this year (2008) we will be trialling a joint First Reconciliation-First Eucharist program. This will mean all children in Yr 3 and above will be able to receive both of these Sacraments in the same year.

Eucharist 

                                           

Reception and preparation: The minimum age for this sacrament is a child in Year Three. The sacrament of Reconciliation is usually received before receiving Eucharist. .

Attendance at preparation classes is compulsory.

 

Confirmation

Reception and preparation: The minimum age for this sacrament is a child in Year Six. Children should have received both Reconciliation and Eucharist. Attendance at preparation classes is compulsory.

 

Marriage

Please contact the Parish Office. A minimum of four months notice required. Attendance of a preparation course at Centacare is strongly advised. Two meetings with the Parish Priest will be required.
